2. What we collect and why

We do not collect health data. If you tell us you are coming to the hospital, we use that only to be flexible with your dates.
3. Who else sees the data
- Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database, data centres in the European Union, Frankfurt): process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Resend (sending notification emails to us and the newsletter): receives data strictly for sending.
- Meta / WhatsApp, only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s policy.
- Airbnb and Booking.com, only for bookings made through them; from these platforms we receive the availability calendar, without guests’ personal data.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics scripts. Your day / night preference is remembered in your browser (local storage) and never reaches us. The admin panel, used only by the host, uses one strictly necessary session cookie.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time. Write to ungureanupetronela23@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (dataprotection.ro) or to the authority in your own EU country.
6. Security
The site runs over HTTPS only, data is stored encrypted at certified providers, the admin panel is password-protected, and requests older than 18 months and IP fingerprints are deleted automatically.
7. Changes
If we change how we process data, we update this page; the last update date is shown above. See also the terms and conditions. The Romanian version (Politica de confidențialitate) prevails in case of differences.
