1. Who we are

The Peaceful Corner Iași apartment is operated by 6RULESFOR SUCCESS S.R.L., Romanian tax ID (CUI) 46800850, Trade Register no. J2022003470228 (J22/3470/2022), registered office Aleea Nicolina nr. 116, Bl. 1011, Sc. B, Et. 6, Ap. 28, Iași, România (“we”, “the host”). The apartment is at Strada Sărărie 202, 707023 Iași. 2. What we offer

Short-term serviced accommodation, by the night, in a one-bedroom apartment for up to 4 adults and 3 children. The description, photos and amenities on the site show the apartment as it is; if anything changes, we tell you before confirming.

3. How booking works

• You send a request through the form on the site, on WhatsApp, by phone, or through Airbnb / Booking.com (where the platform’s terms also apply).
• A request on the site is not yet a booking: we check availability and call or message you to confirm, usually the same day.
• The booking becomes firm when we confirm it (and, where a deposit is required, when the deposit is received). You then receive the exact address and access instructions.
• The confirmed price is the one at the moment of confirmation. Prices on the site are indicative until then and vary by season.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Romanian lei (RON), per night, for the whole apartment, and are the final price to pay. No hidden fees: final cleaning, linen, coffee, tea, Wi‑Fi and the parking space are included.
• For stays of 7 nights or more we automatically apply a 10 % discount. From 28 nights we agree a monthly rate.
• Payment by bank transfer or by card on arrival.
• No deposit for stays under 4 nights. For 4 nights or more, the booking is confirmed with a 30 % deposit; the balance is paid at check‑in.
• We issue invoices to individuals or companies; send your billing details after confirmation and you receive the invoice by email at check‑out.

5. Cancellation and changes

• You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the check‑in day; any deposit is refunded in full within 14 days, through the same channel it was paid.
• For cancellations less than 5 days before, or no-shows, the deposit is not refunded. For guests coming to the hospital, whose plans depend on admissions or appointments, we are flexible: write to us and we find a solution (usually moving the dates at no cost).
• Changing dates is free, subject to availability, if requested at least 5 days before.
• If we have to cancel (serious fault, force majeure), we refund everything paid and help you find other accommodation.
• Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow the cancellation policy shown on the platform.

6. Arrival, departure, stay

• Check‑in from 15:00, check‑out by 11:00. Self check‑in with an intercom code and a key box, on request; other arrival times by arrangement.
• The apartment may be used only by the guests declared at booking. No parties or events. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00, per the building rules.
• Smoking only on the balcony. Small and medium pets are welcome if you told us at booking.
• Please treat the apartment as your home. Damage caused by negligence (beyond normal wear) is charged at repair or replacement cost; we tell you first, with photos and details.
• The private parking space is available for the duration of your stay. We are not liable for belongings left in the car.

7. Liability

We are liable for the accommodation within the limits of the law and of the amount paid for the stay. We are not liable for utility or internet outages caused by providers, for unattended personal belongings, or for force majeure. Information about distances, opening hours of nearby institutions and city events is given in good faith and may change.

8. Complaints and disputes

Tell us about any problem right away, by phone or WhatsApp, so we can fix it on the spot. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR). These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes not settled amicably fall under the courts of Iași.

9. Personal data

The data you give us at booking is used only for your stay, as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies to a booking is the one in force on its confirmation date. The last update date is shown above. The Romanian version (Termeni și condiții) prevails in case of differences.
